    Since the last two updates of 46, talking about stable updates, some sites just CRAWL.

    For example www.protothema.gr

    Is it just me?

    loaded pretty well instantly for me even with my crap internet connection in comparison to yours... and scrolling through is smooth as silk... using an old sandy bridge i5 at the moment too (gateway computer i've retrofitted)

    Seems to work fine for me, Opera 46 here as well. I'm glad it's not a problem with your singing. ;)

    Very strange. I can't think of what could be causing this. I haven't installed or changed anything other than this.

    Apparently I am not the only one with this.
    There is a fix.
    Turn on Hardware Acceleration in Opera.
    I don't know if the problem was that Opera turned it off during the update few days ago, or that caused something else which makes having it off a problem, but it is what it is.

    FWIW, one of the "fixes" that AMD recommended for browser problems was to turn OFF Hardware Acceleration.

    Interesting. I don't have an AMD system to test it out.
