Modding a XP2100+ w/ a A7N8X Deluxe?

    Yeah general that's what I'm gunna do.. I'm gunna sell this 2100+ Palo and buy like a 2400+ T-Bred :)
    And what is HSF? :confused:

    Fan on CPU: ThermalTake7 (I think) It's huuuuuge tho, and at times its powerful as a muthafucka. And I have a nother 4 or 5 fans throughout the
    system.

    EDIT: Set FSB to 138 and VCORE to 1.800 and now CS dont freeze no more :eek:
    I guess if MHZ is over 1800 then vcore has to be something around it (1.800) and my MHZ is 1804.08.

  4. whoa... size doesnt always matter (lol)... just because its huge doesnt mean its great. you SERIOUSLY need to get a new hsf if you are going to be overclocking...

    A volcano 7 is a rather chunk aluminum HSF with copper core. Time to start looking for something that is solid copper, and very THIN fin. Look at the SLK-800, and you will know what I mean.

    I thought a ccmbined copper/aluminum heatsink was good, because copper absorbs heat better, and aluminum releases it better :duh:

    I have a Volcano.. but not sure which one.
    Yeah I have this one: A1254 (VOLCANO 7+)

    Can somebody find me a link for the SLK-800? :duh:
    Also.. the water cooling kit looks pretty awesome, I might try that:hmm: What ya think?
    And I think I need a new power supply, cuz this one is ghett0.
