ok guys i put my video card and my power supply on a halt for my new toy... its a akai mpc500 music production center..heres some pics ill take better ones soon... here it is in the box opening the box you see the manual on top with the 128mb mpc sound library compact flash card... whats under the manual packed tight... and dont mind the date on the pics i have to set that but will take better ones with my dads d90 camra..btw this thing rocks!!!! and heres my baby the bottom where you can add akai 128mg ram and batterys back where you can plug in midi controlers head phones mic and a mixer and 2 manuals a quick start manual and a user manual which is thick and a lot of reading...
i am the more i play with it the more i love it... stick i think you should get one... i am mac.. ill be post some better pics as soon as my pops stops by with his camera..
indeed that is cool.. look far simplier then the on i got to use a little while ago.... and much newer obviously.... they are neat little toys indeed
its sweet the only thing is there not cheap so i went with the mpc500 i really wanted the 1000version but way out of my price range..next week ill buy the samson studio dock i4 monitor speakers with ipod dock on it and the akai 128mg ram stick...
i'm trying to find the model that i got to play with... but i'm having a bit of a hard time... it's quite old though
i have a old alesis drum machine that all it needs is a 9v plug ill take pics of it in a few... its very old..
I'm not too sure how much use I'd have for an MPC, most of my music is synth based, and any sampling I do, I use the built-in sequencer in Logic
