    Rebuilt my beautiful sasha last night, All housed in a (surprisingly) high quality CM Storm Scout 2 which i got reeeally cheap. Gonna wait till next month to do a proper clean cabling job though, need a new power supply ideally a modular one so i can be ready for a few big upgrades after christmas

    Since last time;
    Added more fans... because, reasons.
    Added an R9 270 from Sapphire
    Added a Sound Blaster SBX
    Added a BitFenix Recon fan controller
    Added an Akasa Vegas blue LED Strip (and gonna replace the cathodes with a white led strip)
    Tidied cables up slightly

    That red soundcard is standing out nicely :p

    Is that a Vapor-X 270?

    I was a bit annoyed actually at the red LED, might have to replace it with a blue one :D
    As far as i know it isn't Vapor X but the cooler does look suspiciously identical, sounds like a bloody jet engine when it fires up so a water cooler isn't far off methinks

    Couldn't be bothered running the pcie cable neatly because I forgot to plug it in during the main cabling lol, new case is awesome though :D

    It also seems the blue light off my.led strips really messes with my camera so this is the best I could manage lol

    Damn last post in this thread was April! and it was me! and the one before was me!

    Done a rather nice overhaul to my rig, pretty much met my target for new year's goal;
    - Gone from Radeon R9 270x to GeForce GTX 980 (GALAX Reference design)
    - Gone from AMD FX-4100 to Intel i5-4690k (Devil's Canyon, 3.5GHz Quad)
    - Got 'er all plumbed up on the CPU, Going to add GPU to the loop later. XSPC Kit so really nice D5 Bayres, Raystorm CPU block and it'll be a Raystorm GPU Block on the 980 when the time comes
    - Using De-Ionised water atm for coolant since OcUK cocked up the order a touch and forgot my coolant but it's all cool they're sending it out to me
    - Still using the Stryker, Love this case still

    - Crucial DDR4 2133Mhz 8x2 (2400Mhz OC'd)
    - Gigabyte X99 Gaming 5
    - Crucial MX100 512 GB SSD + WD 1 TB 7200 RPM (64 MB Cache)
    - Zalman 700 W (80+)
    - Corsair Air 540
    - Apple Super Drive (Yes.. I know.. "Apple..")

    Crikey, what the heck is going on with the cables behind your monitors?

    Although there's nothing wrong with an Apple Superdrive, other than the price, what made you go for one, simdol?

    Generally, I had MacBook Air. When I bought MacBook Air, since it did not have CD-ROM included, I decided to purchase along with Apple's Super Drive. Since I do not use MacBook Air anymore, I decided to just use Apple's Super Drive to my desktop, which worked perfectly fine. (I just had to extract BootCamp drivers from Apple, and install it on Windows.)

    Though, since it is USB 2, performance degrade is slightly noticeable. However, when it comes to need to install games from DvD, it does the work =)

    After a year of being down, this is my rig in her current state. I finally had time to pull out the motherboard and send it off for an RMA.
