    COMPETITION: are YOU the fastest?

Ok, I have seen some awesome overclockers lately on Driverheaven with some amazing benchies.

I am opening a new fun competition for the fastest Intel and AMD rigs on Driverheaven.

Shuki will help maintain this, so this is what I want to see in here.

Futuremark are the industry standard for benchmarking and their products are a free download and they also are pretty secure to fraud markings, so we want to see your 3dmark2001se results, your 3dmark2003 patch 330 only please to eliminate overly high FX benchies, and Pcmark2002 compare links in here.

The winners will be given MASSIVELY oversized avatars in respect of their CPU class, that being Intel or AMD, but be aware the avatars will be moving like a TROPHY between the members who break each others scores.

This competition is open to everyone ! staff included, and all I need to see are your three compare links from the above programs.

So come on, lets see them ! Those avatars will be a coveted award symbol, and you will know you are the FASTEST overclocking freak on this site !!!!

    Dud!!!
Your Sisoft Sandra Score on your page............ is it up to date???
Just wondering because I get better than you with my rig..... at least on the cpu tests

    I get:
CPU ARITHMETIC BENCHMARK = ALU: 8507 MIPS
    FPU: 3574 MFLOPS

    CPU MULTI-MEDIA BENCHMARK = INTEGER: 20790 IT/S
    FLOAT: 21036 IT/S

    Can that be right???

    On my memory I get:
    MEMORY BANDWITH = INT BUFFERED: 2910 MB/S
    FLOAT BUFFERED: 2675 MB/S

So there you get more than me...... but shouldn't you get more on the cpu tests also???

I dunno man. It is up to date. I just ran sandra pro and it was a llittle better than what was on my page.

    CPU ARITHMETIC BENCHMARK =
    • ALU: 8958 MIPS
    • FPU: 4438 MFLOPS

    CPU MULTI-MEDIA BENCHMARK =
    • INTEGER: 16053 IT/S
    • FLOAT: 21190 IT/S

Holly man I think you are right. My Integer totals in the multimedia bench are extremely low.

    Someone HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's better but how is it possible that you have so low INTEGER points???
Over 4000 IT/s more on my cpu........ noooooo........... that isn't right!

What fsb do you have on your cpu???
Is it syncronised in bios so that fsb on the cpu and fsb on the mem is the same???
We have to figure this one out I think :D

    Ohhh.........
    Now i got even higer

CPU ARITHMETIC BENCHMARK = ALU: 8768 MIPS
    FPU: 3626 MFLOPS

    CPU MULTI-MEDIA BENCHMARK = INTEGER: 21095 IT/S
    FLOAT: 21368 IT/S

The only thing i did was restart my computer???

    The difference is:

    CPU MULTI-MEDIA BENCHMARK = INTEGER: 21095-16053 = 5042 IT/S
    FLOAT: 21368-21190 = 178 IT/S

And the MIPS on the CPU ARITHMETIC BENCHMARK ALU isn't far from yours either......... 190 MIPS???

How is it possible 4 me with a 32bit cpu to be faster than your 64bit cpu???
THERE HAS TO ME SOMETHING THAT ISN'T RIGHT!!!

I would be koncerned if my multimedia score was slower than a 32bit cpu

The multimedia function is to speed up graphics so I would take a good "brainbuster" to try solve this!

Why should they othervice come out with a 64bit cpu if it's not so much faster..... ore in some cases even slower than a 32bit cpu!
No reason to build such a cpu

Just finished tweaking my mem and cpu in BIOS and now I get the fallowing results:

CPU ARITHMETIC BENCHMARK = ALU: 8908 MIPS
    FPU: 3696 MFLOPS

    CPU MULTI-MEDIA BENCHMARK = INTEGER: 21422 IT/S
    FLOAT: 21919 IT/S

    MEMORY BANDWITH = INT BUFFERED: 2996 MB/S
    FLOAT BUFFERED: 2742 MB/S

To be able to get more I think i need better cooling!

How is it going for you???
    Found out anything???

By the way what real mhz do you have on your cpu???
