OpenAl with disabled EAX

    Hi Guys,

    this is "fixed" version of latest OpenAl library working correctly with kx driver. This OpenAl will always report to client process (a game) that EAX is not available, thus a game will not use it at all. I built this from latest SVN sources. I changed extension of file to .docx to be able to upload it to this server, but it is pure .zip (just rename it). Package contains files openal32.dll and wrap_oal.dll. These files must be placed in System32 directory.

    Hey, I've been getting distortion/artifacts in an openAL game (Mirror's Edge), will this fix that?

    I am using x64 bit version of kx will this work with it? Even with x64bit windows I still have to place those files in System32 not SysWOW64?
