Good news the SPIDF out does work in 5.1 mode but you can't used the Encoder on it. This same as all other cards. I also used new tweak called filter.ini :)

So the recommended installationsteps are still like this:

    - Remove Old drivers
    - Use DriveSweaper, DriverFusion, CCleaner
    - Reboot
    - Install official creative drivers
    - Reboot with Driver Signature Enforcement disabled
    - Install PAX drivers over it
    ?

I have never installed the official drivers, If you install official driver and PAX there would be problems.

    Thanks :)

Good evening Robert, I have a Dell XPS 9100 running Windows 7 Professional with a Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium Fatality Professional Series Sound card. Every thing was working great until today. Now for some reason my Creative Console quit working. I get "There are no supported audio device available. You need to close the application. Click OK to close the application now." Nothing has changed on my PC so do not understand why it just quit working. I have tried re-installing the creative software but it still does not work. Any ideas how to make this work again?

    Thanks,
    Plaguitar

Uninstalled all of it. Then Run a free version iolo System Mechanic. I used paid version. Then Stop creative service. Then delete folder and start menu. Then disable driver sign then reinstalled whole thing. That should fix the issue :).

Good evening, thank you fro the reply but am still a bit confused. I did uninstall the creative software before I reinstalled it. Are you saying I need to uninstall again? Then not sure what you mean by run the iolo System mechanic? If I uninstall the creative then shouldn't that stop it? I assume you are referring to deleting the left over creative folder and not my whole windows start menu? Then not sure what you mean by disable driver sign? Maybe Im a bit slow but could you elaborate with a step by step guide for me?

    Thanks,
    Plaguitar

You have disable driver sign get the driver to work on Windows 7 it's F8 then choice 7. On windows8 you go general then adv restart then trouble shoot then choice startup then choice 7. Iolo is free reg fixer that all.

Some issues here: some "digital noise" in some Windows notification; during game sessions I sometimes have no sound, or music keep stucked (it keeps playing when it should have stopped or changed)

the tweaks.ini :) You can add your own tweaks > Configuration\ add what ever you think needs be fix and save and reboot. Make sure you do both tweaks ini in system 32 and wow64 folders. Or you can Save in common folder in tweaks.ini and reinstalled the driver set.

    So how to do it?
Is it copying anything from tweak.ini to bass.ini for example?

Well, my speaker kit is a Creative 2.0, as subwoower uses its crossover inside power amp. So wich ini have I to edit? 2.1?
Other question: \LowFrequencySeparation,40Hz~20KHz means that hi-pass for front channel is 40Hz (crossover @ 40Hz)? So I should put it to 20-20000 (if my speaker can handle it...)
Edit: 40-20000 seems to be my speaker range, so \LowFrequencySeparation,40Hz~20KHz should work as subsonic filter...
