Heh heh, don't have anything on that yet. I'll probably just get some sheet metal and weld spacers on then paint it the same color as the case.. maybe add some blue LEDs or a cold cathode under it for lighting but that's not for a while.

Speaking of which, my blue cathodes should be shipping out today. I'll probably get them here by tomorrow. More pictures to come.

Received the Cold Cathode yesterday. It was a bit shorter than I thought (ordered 12in instead of 15in) but oh well. I'll pop it in tonight and make my box radiate of blue. ;) I'll definitly snap a few pics of it after and post 'em on here. I also need to show you guys the ammount of wiring that's sticking out the right side of the tower. It's insane. I have NO idea how I'll be able to close that panel..

wiring is the best part of building a rig. if it's not clean, then it can't breathe. Zip ties will help you out lots with wiring :)

I love doing wiring but its a P.I.T.A.....

My advice is tuck it in every crevice and corner you can find.

Too many zip ties is a pain in the ass to remove or change something

that is true, but as long as you do a good wiring job, adding something shouldn't be too dificult. You can always manipulate the wires to just fall out after a snipit or two of your zip ties

Oye. I thought the kit I ordered was a 2-pack but I have some UV cathodes lying around. I'll give it a try later.

I wish I had the funds to do something like that

Speaking of which, I'm gonna be putting this project on hold for a while.. at least until I pay off my Visa. My Xbox360 pre-order charge is going to go through soon and I need some head room badly. I spent waaaay too much last month and am neck-high right now.
