synth - well, if he changes over to British Gas they might be able to do a competitive rate with the 4% energy tracker; they'll always be 4% less than competitors. He'd also get Nectar points for paying the bill, the amount of which increases if he chooses to go paperless and pay monthly direct debit. However, the maximum amount that can be stored on the system for the amount that he's paying is £1,200pa. Not entirely sure why BG need a record of what their customers used to pay but meh.

Luckily for me, I don't work on the phones. BG are competitive but I still wouldn't go with them. EDF FTW!

Tyrs is in Ohio, so I don't think that would apply to him.

Also, no idea what EDF is. Going to go Google stuff.

.....and while you guys are working out how to pay your electric bills, please let me get on with my build

I'm guessing Bitspower has a secret!

With a bit of luck i should get the cards all plumbed in and get the system fired up tomorrow but for now just some random pictures :)

Looks fantastic mate, job well done. When my lights dim, I'll know you've turned it on at CeBit.

Work in progress? Can't wait to see it when it's finished :D

What conclusion have you come to for a long term solution to your power issue? I'm pleased to see the 1200W powering it up, but I take it you haven't been able to bench it like that.

Thanks for the feedback and apologies for the thread revival.

I got my hands on three Lamptron FC6 Fan Controllers with a red LED display which should look much more in keeping to the rest of the mod rather than the blue/green.

I was hoping that they would drop straight in to the original bezel i made but not a chance so i’ll have to cut a new bezel and have it powder coated to match...............as if i haven't got enough to do!

Still on the lookout for GTX 580 or 590's
