My #4 Grandchild is 13 1/2 and has been dabbling in some art work for quite some time now. This is her latest work. (Forgive me if I'm showing off too much here. :) )

I feel weird cause my eyes fell on the breasts.
Potential perv aside, very good! Perhaps she should consider doing art for video games.

I'd be proud too! Great details on the eyes. :) Does she receive some sort of formal art education?

She's definately got potential. Not many 13 yo's draw that well so if she keeps it up she can become great at it. I drew a lot when when I was younger and I was considered to be quite a talent but I never managed to get faces that well at that age, it took me a few more years to get that right.

So, encourage her to continue and she might become a great illustrator!

Huh, thought I responded to this, but instead what I typed waited, autosaved.

Maybe she should get some drawing classes? :) I don't mean to say that she should necessarily strive to become a pro, after all, it's often easier to enjoy something as a hobby than as a job (for example, as a hobbyist, one gets to draw what one likes, the way one likes), but should she be interested, maybe it would help her learn the "craft" and improve more quickly. :)

I can only shade and draw stick figures as well as color in in coloring books that are not overly complicated lol.

I know I'm able to stay in the lines when I do fill in coloring/shading. ;)
