The RAM that I have is PC133 rated for CL3. I set it to CL2 just for the hell of it, so far, all seems to be stable and I even gained about 100 points in 3DMark2001se.
Will this hurt my system in any way?

If it's stable, then it probably won't. I've been doing it for months and I haven't had any problems.

Cool :D I only just set it there recently, but I ain't had a BSOD or lockup in months, so I figured I'd try it. Just hope that "probably" in your reply doesn't bite me in the *ss. ;)

    Thanks for the response Malus.

Conventional wisdom maintains that an overclock of any type will reduce the lifespan of your components.

That said, I've seen RAM stay working for years and years, so, really, who cares?
