Sorry to hear that. I've torn part of a finger nail off before in the past when I was a kid. Hurts like hell for sure.

been doing a spot of tidying around my couch and in the living room in general.
so far, on the shelves next to my spot, I have 5 mobile phones, 4 tablets, 4 MP3 players, and 1 Kindle.
all of which take micro USB.

so how the hell is it I ONLY HAVE ONE SINGLE SOLITARY WORKING MICRO USB CABLE IN THE WHOLE DAMN WORLD????!!!!!

there’s something funky going on there.. :suspicious:

I found myself in a similar situation recently. Not as many gadgets, of course, but only one microUSB cable, and that one was crap too (stuff wouldn't charge at more than 0.5A through it). Solution (if you're really cheap :D )

    I really don’t get it.
told the missus and she goes “I might have one”.

    one ffs!
she’s owned 3 phones, 2 ereaders, and 2 tablets just in the last few years, ALL of which have been micro usb
and she only ‘might’ have one

it’s like the sock thing. doesn’t matter how many you buy, they always disappear.
there’s an invisible monster in the house that eats the damn things, socks and usb cables, it’s the only answer..

listed something on the bay that I didn’t really want to sell, not really.
but it’s been lying gathering (tremendous amounts of) dust for just ages now, so it’s silly to keep it.

anywho, it just got a bid, and I listed it starting at the price I would actually accept.
    so it’s gone.
    I slightly sad..

Sorry to hear that @niceguyrichy. I know the feels too.

On a side note, our dog, Cooter, old as he may be has not peed in the house for the last 2 weeks, so it seems you -can- teach an old dog new tricks, even though we have been letting him out more often to pee, his bladder must not be what it used to be, poor dog. He's a beagle and he never had a problem with waiting to go to the bathroom outside before but as of late he's been peeing inside in the same spot on the floor in the kitchen for the past few months.

Thing is it's good a lot of my room mates are smokers because its cold outside so someone always has to let him in once he's finished doing his business.

    so our bunnies burrowed free
cheeky little sods have been faking me out though.
I go out and say hello to them every day, and every day they come to the bottom of their enclosure to talk to me.
turns out when they would hear me coming (I have a habit of shouting out to say hi to the animals as I make my way to them) and let themselves back into their enclosure so I never noticed that they been running free all over the neighbours gardens :D
