I'm actually being serious. I volunteer with local inner-city youth programs/emtoring and I notice a lot of them have conditions that are being overlooked and looked at as just anti-social behaviour instead of treatment. There's also the stigma of being medically treated for something like this that pushes them away from getting the medical attention they need. The success stories of those who received treatment are remarkable. I don't want to turn this into some sort of political thread but if the government just spent money finding and treating mental issues with delinquent teens, they will save a ton of money for court, jail, social toll, etc. down the road and actually have a positive net in a contributing citizen.
