    Thank you Judas! :)

I used different browser for AMD chipset and it worked . Still puzzled why older version of chipset drivers was able to unzip but newest not. Oh well, just one of these things.

Could not find the CSM/Legacy mode in UEFI...:(

I was about to switch to ULTRA FAST boot but got scared as the message said that it boots so fast that the only way to get to UEFI is to clear CMOS or run Restart to UEFI utility in Windows.
Let's say I enable it. How do I go to UEFI if needed that from Windows?

    Will check different benchmarks.
I will also have a question on cooler. Coming tomorrow. be quiet! DARK ROCK 3 SilentWings CPU Cooler 190W TDP
Will it be much better than stock one?

Thank you one more time for your help and patience with me. :)

on all the asrock boards... with a decent keyboard, with ultra fast enabled, so long as your hitting the key fast enough you'll usually get into the uefi/bios fine. You can't enabled ultra fast unless you're running UEFI/secure boot mode always.

Otherwise accessing it from windows is as easy as opening settings, going to updates and security, down to recovery, restart computer now for advanced startup, and then going into the troubleshoot/advanced, then clicking the bios/uefi firmware settings

the new cooler should do better yet

With fast/ultra fast.. you should see boot time in around these. (5.3 seconds)

This is from a system i built not all that long after the Ryzen 2000 series cpu launched in 2018. As you can see, it's still spitting nice figures even though it's running 2x8gb DDR4 2933mhz memory.

As often as i see people bitching about amd ryzen booting "so damn slow compared to intel".... AsRock boards appear to be the only ones immune to slow boot times. The asus and gigabyte/msi boards i've tested do have usually slower if not significantly slower boot times regardless of how more refined and tweaked the UEFI settings are applied.

    Hi Judas!

Boot time 9.5 seconds, you beat me!!!!:D
Nice systems , seems like time did not bite it much.

Since I did not decipher yet all most of the parameters, please take a look at my system and let me know.
Forgot the memory tab SS. Will post in few.:)

Oh, is that the one you have already? I guess it's smart buying a 1080Ti then waiting for whatever the new Nvidia cards will be.

Yeah, the current crop of Nvidia cards are basically nearly at EOL so you're being smart about this I see. ;)

it's rather a quite common occurance for the prior generation to start seeing performance degradation... The 1000 series nvidia cards have seen a 4-8% performance drop compared to their prior drivers. Meanwhile AMD's drivers have seen a 4-12% improvement. This is why a RX 570 is actually faster than a 1060 6GB card now where as the 1060 6gb and 580 were neck at neck when the 1060 was at it's peak performance.

The 1080ti is basically equivalent to a rtx 2070 super/2080 at least it was. There are plenty of senarios where the 2060 appears to "beat" it.... but those are more special cases than anything.

Either way it's definitely not a bad product to start with for the time being, the advantage is that it'll be saleable for a while yet and anything in the near future will slot into that system beautifully.
