A new EE? The only new one I know is the EE 3.73GHZ with 64bit powa! Zardon, I hope that the vid card you got in there is the one I'm planing on buying this year...

    40k....

And I can just hit the 20ks (barely) with my rig... I hate you :p

I just got one question. Can you do that same test with a stock Processor just to see what the vid card itself is worth? And some 3dmark03 + 05? If you'd be sooo kind sir Zardon :taste:

I've seen plenty of 40ks, but not many with a P4EE, nice work Zardon. Please go buy an FX55 and crank it up to 3+ghz then rerun mark01 :D. As for the vid card it must be damn powerful to get 40k if an EE is being used as the cpu considering compared to an A64 which does a lot better in mark01.

Hmmm I'm more intresting to see Futuremark 03 or 05, as 3D mark 2001 is quite cpu bound.

But nice score Mr show off ;)

Yep, have heard that a very high oc'ed CPU/X800XTPE scored around 44K. (don't know if this is correct)

Why for heaven sake posting a 3DM01 score with such a card? :D We are in the year 05 now.

yes im sure he did on phase, but I doubt he beat it on air cooling without overclocking the video card(s) at all.

Yeah, that was with phase-change cooling, two tweaks on win2k, insane voltages, and an out-of-order execution (actually does help). This was (from what I can tell), essentially stock or sorta OC'd (aircooled to say the least) on a much worse processor/RAM combo.

Zardon, can you tell us your Drago and Nature scores if you don't wanna tell us the 03 and 05 scores?

The Neon Cowboy, what month should this NDA expire and why is Zardon sorta violating it?

Anyway, if Zardon has this card, it's probably no further than 2 months away.

    I'm not ungrateful.

Wonder how long we'll have to wait until ATi breaks the silence. Good time to come back to Ati too. I've somewhat learned to HATE nvidia after my first and only purchase from them.

I didn't sign up to be a driver guinea pig now...

Let me get this straight Allan, the cpu you got is not overcklocked in some way?? It's running at default 4,3 Ghz??

Nope, OPPAINTER would need an A64 clocked nearly as high as your P4, much faster RAM, a better OS for 3DMark01, a few tweaks/tricks, and at least a watercooled and vmodded card to tie you. Luckily for him, he had phase-change on the GPU, too (and I think it was a cherry card, too).

Can we expect to see this card in Texas for the Gaming Festival?

With the bus at 1280 (or something like that), I'm pretty sure it was OC'd. Anyway, that is still extremely impressive as 01 doesn't like the new P4s much and doesn't care about having 4GB of RAM. It also loves bandwidth, something the DDR2 is going to do well, but not necessarily as well as the uber DDR1 that all the records are set with (OCZ VX as of now).

It's 43 or 44k with a 3.5GHz FX-55, OCZ VX 270MHz 2-2-2-5, X800XT 800/670 (or so), win 2k, various tweaks and out of order execution...very impressive all-around, but this card is more impressive than all that combined, IMO.

Interesting stuff, since you obviously can't tell use what video card you are using. Can you be a little more informative on the motherboard you are using? For instance what chipset is the motherboard? Whose the manufacturer? What's the highest voltage setting for the memory?
