How did you cook the sprouts? With the spuds?

My local Tesco sometimes has half kilo packs of lambs liver or kidney for 42p on the reduced shelf - they just can't sell their stock before the sell-by date. I shallow fry them with some unwanted wine or just vinegar and onions, then serve with chips. Always fantastic.

I usually boil the sprouts with a touch of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce to give them a little kick...

I don't like sprouts straight from the pan,Just to plain.

Just had 2 day old spaghetti with cheese and ketchup. The pasta was so and so, but at least the ketchup was good.

had this a couple nights ago.
it's an en croƻte of salmon and monk-fish and some kind of spicy tomato pepper thing, with the nicest mash with onion and garlic, and a salad.
it was so damn good i had seconds. and then i had it all over again for breakfast the next day.
    yum

Man! this looks good! With some fries on the side, melted cheese, fresh bread/pita and Dr. Pepper, it would have been even better. :)

I throw some cheese & fries on there sometimes, but I've been eating too many unhealthy take aways so decided to cut out some carbs and fat and drop my body fat %. I just buy kilos of Chicken Fillet Breast and red meat and grill em up on the old George Foreman grill. Takes like 5 minutes max to cook the chicken and Im good to go!

Just go easy on the chicken, unless you plan on breastfeeding soon. :)
(and I don't mean you doing the sucking part)
Otherwise, sounds like a good plan. :)
