had a plateful of toasted chicken and bacon sandwiches, washed down with a pint of dark ale brewed with oats and heather honey from the Isle of Skye. Yum.

This is in the oven right now and im getting hungry... I always detest the way supermarkets call these a meal for 2 when i could easily eat two of these in one sitting...

And to add i have had this before just take notice of the "Trail Price" and the Improved recipe labels.. Im sure this has shrunk in size...

usually it says for 2 because they are packed with so much extra garbage that you really shouldn't it one let alone 2 of those by yourself in one sitting....

store bought sandwiches for example.... premade..... specially at confectionaries... are utterly HORRIBLE for you... usually loaded with extra sodium just to make them last a wee bit longer.... not to mention other preservitives

But in reality i only have one pre_Packed meal per week so i don't see an issue....

I never buy Pre Packed sarnies as they are always far too expensive for what you get...

We have Uncle Ben's here, in fact I think it is an American company. They always advertise for it.

Today I had no breakfast, a couple of egg salad sandwiches for lunch and rice pudding, and for dinner I had mexi-fries and tacos with a slice of caramel pie topped with whipped cream for dessert. I know I eat like a king. :)

Yesterdays dinner was even better, Bev's chicken with rice. :taste:

I didn't have any breakfast this morning. I usually don't have breakfast. Sometimes I'll have french toast, bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast, other times cereal. Sometimes I'll have pancakes with either strawberries or golden/maple syrup on top.

I swear I have like 6 to 7 boxes of open cereal boxes in my kitchen just sitting there which I haven't touched in like a week lol. My favourite cereal has to be Kellogg's Frosties. I used to love Chocos growing up, too bad you can't get them in Canada.

Which is why most of my cereals are whole wheat. (Refined highly I know but at least it's better than having only sugary cereals that taste good, but are really bad for you) I've got two different flavours of Special K cereals, Just Right, Two Scoops Raisin Bran, Corn Flakes, Mini Wheats and of course Kellogg's Frosties. :)
