Apart from the ton of pointless (calories etc) ketchup and mayo/salad dressing?, it looks great.

The pie. I always get my apple pie at Waffle House warmed up with some butter and cheese melted on it.

Fantastic tasting burgers (3) with salad and Danish blue cheese. Very good.

I haven't decided about dinner but I might go for two canned tunas (2x80g) in salt water.

4 salted anchovies (2 of which I ate), 1 sausage, 1 chicken souvlaki, salad, a few dips of mustard and ketchup, 3 pieces of babybel cheese. Not many calories and other than the ketchup (which I won't get again), almost no carbs.

Can I ask a question Trusteft, do you always buy your food or do you ever cook?
