I could eat all that in one sitting. I'd be stuffed, but I could.

A bit after 3pm, I just had this, two ham and cheese sandwiches, some nacho chips and a can of coke.
This should keep me till about 9pm.

    I had this around 10pm
The remaining chips with some couscous and a few thin slices of salami.

Along with my usual 2 eggs over easy, hashbrowns with cheddar cheese and onions on them, and two sausage links, IHOP presently has a "Donut-Themed" French Toast menu. I absolutely delight in the Apple Fritter dish!!!

I watched "What The Health" on Netflix today, and I have to say, after watching that documentary I am switching up my diet completely. No more animal, dairy or animal by products for me. Only a vegan diet I will have. You guys should do yourself a favor and go see that documentary. They had three people who were very ill and on so many meds and only two weeks after switching to full vegan two of them didn't need the meds anymore and one needed half.

A doctor long time ago, about 50 years ago, was treating people with just a diet of vegetables and fruit, sugar, and water and that was all and pulling people back from the brink of death. He wasn't just curing people but he was also reversing terminal conditions. And this has all been buried by our governments and big pharma as well as the food industry which produces mainly processed foods. For example I didn't even know that organic milk is just as bad for you as regular milk!

Anyway, if you would like to watch it you can, it's on Netflix, and it's called "What The Health". None of the organizations even wanted to sit down with him in an interview and he talked to one whistleblower who had to go on record with his voice and face censored. I mean this is the kind of stuff they would kill you for, and apparently they are putting activists behind jail. Big pharma doesn't want to treat the underlying cause of illnesses, they're in the business of just keeping you alive with the illness, suffering all the way through.

Don't buy into the bullshit of anyone who tells you to give up such a large part of diet.
If you want to be well, everything in moderation. Anything and anyone that tells you to give up whole food groups is suspect of ulterior motives/stupidity. Don't be sheep, prone to sudden large movements based on someone who said something because it feels right at that point in time.

And on what basis do you say that on? I mean are you a certified nutritionalist? If not at least watch the video first, then say your piece.

In an argument it helps if you hear the other side of the persons story before making up your mind. My dad taught me that. It's the best way to take advice. Think for yourself, but also let the other person finish at least.

Btw, did you know doctors know -nothing- of nutrition? They don't teach them jack shit about it in school, just about medical practices, and they wanted to add a small part of nutrition to their schooling in america and guess who came against it first and foremost? The food industry themselves. Why wouldn't they want doctors to know anything about nutrition?

What, do you think this is the first time in my life I hear pro vegetarian arguments? Do what you wish, I don't care.

All I said is watch the vid, after all it might contain something that you don't already know. That's all. I mean, I do it because I care. Otherwise I'd just be like all quiet like. So yeah man, no hard feelins. :)

A couple of nights ago, yes it was excessive. I rarely do that any more, but I said fuck it, and ordered them.

I just really like this place on a Sunday for a late breakfast. It's a cozy little "hole-in-the-wall" not very far from home.

This is from last night. A Chinese night.
Egg fried rice, two soups, one EXTREMELY hot and spicy and one seaweed soup, plus two spring-rolls.
I added some Edam cheese and ice cold lemon tea. Fantastic.

Sorry for the lower than usual quality. I just downloaded the photo I uploaded on my instagram account. Too lazy to connect my phone and copy the actual photo.
Anyway, what it was, fava (Greek fava, green variety), sausages, salad with tomato, cucumber, onions, lactose free feta cheese and oregano.
    Also fresh bread.
Great taste but too much for me. I left half the salad and one of the sausages untouched.

@Trusteft I'm no longer a vegan, and I too had sausages today as well! I also had potato salad though I don't have a picture. :D
