I had two chocolate bars for breakfast this morning. It can't hurt when it's only sometimes. :)

For today a traditional Sunday Dinner... (No Pic)

Roasted Potatoes with Peas/Carrots and Broccoli.

3 Lamb Chops with a covering of Brown source (with Guinness) before cooking.. And then a nother squirt of the HP sauce gives the chops a nice kick... Smothered with the old Aunt Bessies Gravy....

    Went down very well.

breakfast I had (George Foreman grilled) steak and cheesy eggs with toast.
I didn't really eat lunch but had a burger and chips a few hours ago.
    hmm.
think I'm hungry now or getting there....

forgot to eat because I've been dealing with MSi RMA, removing a bad motherboard and packing it up for shipping.
also a little internet shopping like newegg and eBay also kept me distracted.

something light like some buttered rice and add-on from there.?
    off to the kitchen...

    cheers.

I don't have breakfast as I get up late.

Lunch: grilled flaked tuna with olive oil mayo sandwich on soft Calabrese styled Ciabatta bread

Dinner: Yeung Chow fried rice, garlic broccoli & carrot stir fry, sweet and sour fried breaded chicken, 2 small (friken pinky finger sized) spring rolls (get all the way home and <sigh> no plum sauce.. AGAIN!)

I cut up a bunch of turkey breast and toss it in the bowl for a high protein bowl of soup.

I just had original frosted Mini Wheats for breakfast, I don't put any sugar on them as I find them to be sweet enough already. (and when I do put sugar in my cereal I use Splenda)
