    chicken spinach cream pasta
    gonna be a tricky tricky month food wise, I may have to get creative.. money absolutely wiped out already by a near dead cat & subsequent vets bill :rolleyes:

    I haven't taken any pictures, but I made some pasta carbonara after this instruction video:



    The two of us found it delicious! :) We did substitute some other kind of bacon instead of guanciale, but other than that, we stuck to what the guy said and did, so no oil or butter and no cooking cream. :)

    BTW, it's a piece of cake, the one thing you have to watch out for is giving the pasta a chance to cool down a bit (it shouldn't be cold, just not scorching hot) before adding the egg and cheese mix, or else you'll end up with pasta with small scrambled egg rags hanging off of it (which I was served on one occasion in Rome, and it wasn't appetizing at all).
