Signs was on TV. First time I watched it in many years. Still as good as then, though obviously not as much suspense.

Had a vague idea of which movie you were talking about, but had to do a Youtube search for the trailer, it was one I rather enjoyed, great thriller for sure, especially the first time you see it. Lots of jump scares.

Any idea when the series is set compared to the games? Before, after, during?

I have been watching The Witcher (discussed it here on HH) as well and love it so far myself, I think I am on episode 3, or 4 can't remember which although I am also enjoying the show, having not played the games I can not tell you when it is set but I can tell you I want to play the games now that I've watched the show and found it very satisfying. :)

    Rogue One on Bluray.
Good, could have been better if it was 30 min longer.

Rogue One is in my opinion... the only good movie in the star wars franchise. It was enjoyable front to back, and yes, could have been a touch bit longer without feeling like it was dragging on too long.

I'm going to watch another SW movie tonight. Either the Han Solo story or something, or The Last Jedi. I am leaning towards the Solo so that I can then "focus" on the main story movie.

I watched Solo. Much better than I expected. It was very fun.
What were people complaining I don't understand or care.

I'm in the middle of watching 6 Underground on Netflix, started off good, but now I don't really know wtf it's doing.

Ryan Reynolds is a good actor though.

Edit: Finished 6 Underground, if you're looking for a good action flick this is one to watch. Great stuff.

Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.

Fun sci-fi. Very Luc Besson like. (no surprise as it is his movie).
    Reviewers are morons.

Just watched Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, what a great feel good movie. Must watch if you like fantasy movies. Plus it's Disney and they mostly have a good track record when it comes to quality movies.

One for the entire family too.

I watched Ford Vs. Ferrari, what a movie, the ride was beautiful, loved every minute of it. Christian Bale put on such a performance as Ken Miles. I really felt for him as the movie went on, history just wasn't kind to him.

But at least the story was told.

Saw Terminator: Dark Fate, while I did think it was a decent film, it wasn't the best. Better than Salvation for sure, but still a bit meh.

So I saw The Wave the other day, I posted about it yesterday or the day before I think but as you know there was a system restore, anywho, the movie was, shall we say, passable. It was not a bad movie to say the least, but neither was it surprisingly good. It was...meh.
