Not sure if there's one of these threads already, couldn't find it if there is.

Evidently, a Revodrive is not that fast:

I'm guessing to max out you'll need dual Xeons, >3GHz RAM, 2x GTX 690s and several SSDs in RAID 0.

Would have expected the Revo to be faster than that. Mines a C400...

I posted this previously... this is rather old now...

    BUT

My cpu/ram rating fluxiates between 8.5 and 8.6
where as the primary hard disk seems to jump around between 8.2 to 8.4 Now (that i've replaced the OCZ Vertex 3.... in this image i'm still using the vertex 3)

Not at home to take an updated snapshot.

After testing 2x 500gb Samsung 840 PRO's in RAID 0 on both of the 6gbps SATA III ports... the HD score didn't CHANGE at all. Sometimes I can catch it at 8.4 but usually it sticks to 8.2/8.3

    EDIT: Updated...

I have not added my w8 score for sometime...

The Main HDD is the only thing that holds the score back..

OS remains on my older Intel SSD instead of the newly acquired Samsungs, so i'm sure that primary hard disk would be higher

Windows 8.1 no longer has the GUI performance index option but we can still run it.

    My score: 8.1

    http://www.cnet.com/how-to/find-your-windows-experience-index-scores-in-windows-8-1/

Step 1: Open a command prompt as administrator, then type "winsat prepop" and press Enter. This will run the benchmark and store the results on your PC as XML files.
Step 2: Open the Windows Powershell as administrator, then type "Get-WmiObject -Class Win32_WinSAT" and press Enter. This will analyze the results in the XML files, then present them as scores for each category.

Is Windows 10 going to include an Experience Index? I couldn't find one during a few days of working with it.
