If its anything like the Prelude 1.35 driver i had to do this to get them to install .

Copying all .ini files from xp\common to vista\common has fixed the problem for me.

What this did was when the installation got to about 79% it would pop up with a box asking you to accept to install these drivers.

Without copying over those .ini files the installation would seem like it installed all the necessary files but would show no audio device found after restarting.

Also make sure you have disabled driver signature in Windows 8 , before installing the driver.

    Hope this helps.

How do I disable driver signature enforcement?

Would it be possible that u release a new set for W8 with these changes?

From the Metro Start Screen, open Settings (move your mouse to the bottom-right-corner of the screen and wait for the pop-out bar to appear, then click the Gear icon).
    Click ‘Change PC Settings’.
    Click ‘General’.
Scroll down, and click ‘Restart now’ under ‘Advanced startup’.
    Wait a bit.
    Click ‘Troubleshoot’.
    Click ‘Advanced Options’
    Click ‘Windows Startup Settings’
    Click Restart.

When your computer restarts, select ‘Disable driver signature enforcement‘ from the list. You can now load your modified driver. Reboot again once the driver is installed and all will be well.
