all I have to say is WOW! Now that's an airbrush job!!! Now its time for coolmister to be super careful with all that new, fancy paint. :)

EDIT: Might I say that the likness to the images on the original box is uncanny.

    Cheers chaps

Just about done now and ready to go to clear coat and polish when apparently it really comes to life so looking forward to that but i'm pretty happy with it so far and looking forward to getting a system in there with the Nitro in the front :)

Awesomeness! Even without the paintjob it would have been great and I love to see workshots of builds, but with the paint it's truly awesome. I would have been very happy with the paint even when it was just half done, lol.

TNT landed this morning with 4 prototype rads from Hardware Labs.

I managed to speak and thank HWLabs just after who told me i was the first modder to get my hands on these so i consider myself hugely privileged so a massive thanks to the HWLabs team and for getting me them so soon and here's hoping i can do them justice.

Included is 2x Black Ice SR-1 240 prototypes and 2x Black Ice SR-1 360 X-Flow prototypes all in what HWLabs are calling a Black Carbon finish and i got to say i'm really really impressed as these things look the absolute business and the build quality and paint is simply stunning.

You can see immediately that the fin density has been greatly widened which no doubt will have a massive effect on airflow so look forward to some testing by the main men but just quickly hooking up a CM fan i can feel and hear the difference.

Anyway, here's a few of the very first pictures of the new SR-1 series radiators :)

My, my this is getting better and better all the time. Now I'm getting more and more spurred to rework all my liquid cooling system. :)

Picked the finished Zotac mod box back up late tonight from DP CustomPaint and i was going to wait till daylight tomorrow to get some decent pictures but i couldn't wait tbh as it looks absolutely stunning so did the best i could with what i got.

These guys really did a fantastic job, i got to hand it to them its just a shame i can't do the 16 coats of deep gloss clear coat justice but hopefully it gives a good idea.........and i'll try for better soon.

Time to start adding some hardware i guess :)

I probably should of done this before having the case painted but i love living dangerously and if Pete the painter is watching its probably best he skips this post

The mini USB jack that powers the Nitro was just interfering with the front bezel so harsh measures were needed in the shape of a power file just to remove a small channel for it to rest in..........anyway, it worked a treat and no damage done to the paintwork, plus you can't see it once the front bit is on there so job well done. And got the black plexi window for the Nitro but still to mount the 3 buttons.

Also got the top HWLabs 360 X-Flow rad mounted and also so a honeycomb mesh which looks just the ticket so all in all.......happy days :)

You also see the underlying honeycomb in the paint much better when pictured outdoors.

    Lots of pictures as usual.....

    It looks very nice. :)

However I think I wouldn't have chosen the Nvidia logo's. Like XFX, Zotac has a chance to be become a partner from NVIDIA and ATI.

Maybe you also paint the inside? Or how does the inside looks like at the moment?

Totally understand what you are saying but i can only work with what i got at the present time............i can always make another with changed branding and at the end of the day, its only my interpretation of the retail ZOTAC Infinity box :)

Inside work starts Monday but its already powder coated satin black.
