In our results we look at the performance of the PSU when using our various testing tools to run the product in a controlled environment at 40°C. Looking first to the 12v, 3.3v and 5v performance first we see a unit which supplies decent readings across the various lines though there is a little more fluctuation than we would normally expect from Corsair. AC ripple is ok for this price range and well within requirements at 35/40(out of 50) on 3.3/5v and 55(out of 120) on 12v. Temperatures remain in check throughout and while it isn’t the quietest PSU Corsair have ever produced it isn’t too much louder at full load than most of their mainstream units. Finally, looking at the efficiency, Corsair meet the Gold specification as expected.
