Crona X & S: new case fans at Cryorig!

Crona X & S: new case fans at Cryorig!

In addition to its R5 heatsink, Cryorig announces the arrival of two new fans. These new models are the Crona X and S, mills equipped with RGB lighting. But as we will see, one of them is less exuberant than the other.

Crona X & S: Cryorig’s new fans!

Cryorig Crona X

The Crona X, RGB assumed!

With these two mills, the brand offers us fans in 120 mm with a thickness of 25.4 mm. As you can see, the frame has a very particular shape with one part less thick than the other. Finally, what will measure 25.4 mm thick will be the hub and circle surrounding the blades. This is where the aRGB diodes are located.

Both versions have the same technical characteristics. We will thus find mills powered by PWM running from 400 RPM to 1700 RPM. At full speed, they will generate an air flow of 60.6 CFM and a static pressure of 2.65 mmH2O.

Cryorig Crona S

The much more discreet S version!

In the end, what will distinguish the “X” and “S” versions is simply the color. The X will offer white pales with a white rim as well. As for the S, it will be all black with a luminous border that blends in with the frame.

Unfortunately, the price is still unknown, so you’ll have to be patient. However, it is known that the mills will be offered for sale individually or in packs of three. Please also be aware that only the pack of 3 has an RGB controller.

Here is the Cryorig data sheet!
