EK-AIO Basic: all-in-one watercooling kits without RGB at EKWB

EK-AIO Basic: all-in-one watercooling kits without RGB at EKWB

With its series EK-AIO the Slovenian brand was back in the all-in-one watercooling market. Indeed, the first kits Predator were not a great success, due to technical problems. Anyway, the brand continues in this market and launches its EK-AIO Basic, a more sober series without RGB lighting!

With this new series, the brand satisfies the detractors of RGB in every way. The kits retain the same components, but lose their RGB lighting. Likewise, the pump offers an even more elegant brushed aluminum top.

On the specs side, there are two models, one in 240 mm and one in 360 mm. The kits have 120 mm Vardar fans powered by PWM. Their rotation range is from 550 RPM to 2200 RPM ±10%, yes, it goes up high. On the other hand, at full speed, the air flow rises to 77 CFM for a static pressure of 2.89 mmH2O.

The pump also benefits from PWM power (20% to 100%) and will operate from 850 RPM to 2600 RPM. However, the manufacturer is not very talkative about the rest of its specifications, flow rate and water column among others.

As for the radiator, there is a square aluminium model. Whatever its dimensions, the standard thickness is 27 mm.

Before going on to price, let’s quickly talk about the compatibility of the sockets. On this subject, only the large AMD socket will not be compatible. For the rest, whether LGA-2000, AM4 or LGA-1150/1200, no worries.

Of course, the lack of lighting means that the entrance ticket is lower. It goes from 151.16€ to 120.91€ for the 360 mm and from 125.95€ to 90.66€ for the 240 mm. All this is already available on the shop of the brand!
