EK-Pro GPU WB RE : new waterblock series from EKWB !

At EKWB, we announce a new series of waterblock for graphics cards. The Slovenian brand announces its EK-Pro GPU WB RE. A series intended for RTX 3080/3090 with a very sober design with its full nickel plating.

EK-Pro GPU WB RE: sober blocks in nickel!

EKWB EK-Pro GPU WB REWith this new series, the brand offers us a block for pro-oriented uses. Moreover, this model is intended for RTX 3080/3090 with a reference PCB, not to be confused with Founders Edition.

In short, in terms of visual, it is sober, no plexi glass or other, there we remain on a solid model. The finish is completely nickel-plated with a top part that seems to be made of stainless steel. Moreover, since we are there, the base is made of copper, however, the latter sees its thickness increased, it indeed passes to 11.2 mm.

Of course, the critical parts of the card will be cooled. EKWB announces that the liquid will pass directly on the GPU, the memory as well as on the VRM. Similarly, at the GPU level, we have a total of 27 microvias of 0.5 mm. Moreover, the cooling engine is of split-flow type allowing better performances with pumps running at low speed.

Finally, we would like to mention the presence of two G1/4″ nozzles oriented at 45°. According to the brand, this makes it easier to fit into tight spaces.

Beware of the price though, the bill is high: ~240 € on the online store of the brand.

Here is the technical data sheet of EKWB!
