Asus ROG FalchionAs a reminder, the Falchion is an ultra-compact mechanical keyboard by Asus. This one displays a 65% format, it has an arrow pad and navigation keys. Its other particularity is to embark keycaps in PBT, the sacrosanct PBT! Otherwise, we find a wireless connection with the PC since it embeds a battery with an autonomy of up to 450 hours. However, the biggest novelty concerns the choice of switches. On this NX version, Asus opts for home-made switches with a choice of linear, tactile and clicky. The characteristics of the latter remain quite similar to those of Cherry:

  • Red (linear): accent point at 1.8 mm, force for activation of 40 g
  • Brown (tactile): accent point at 2 mm, force for activation of 58 g
  • Blue (clicky): 2.3mm dot size, 65g activation force

At the moment, the price is not yet known, however, we know that the release will take place around September 23.
