Intel Accelerated: announcements on July 26

July 26, Intel Accelerated Webcats at 11pm (France )

It seems that a lot of things are accelerating at Intel and that the summer is going to see some announcements from the blue. First of all, in a few days, on July 26, an event, dubbed ” Intel Accelerated ” will offer an update on the company’s manufacturing process roadmap. Given the title of the event, it seems that Intel wants to communicate good news. “ Intel is accelerating its annual pace of innovation with new advances in the semiconductor manufacturing and packaging process as part of its IDM 2.0 strategy.” Pat Gelsinger Intel The event will be co-presented by company CEO Pat Gelsinger and Dr. Ann Kelleher, senior vice president and general manager of technology development. It is likely that during this event, Intel will explain in detail where the company is in its 10nm development and SuperFin/Enhanced SuperFin evolutions. Logically, further discussions should lead to talk about 7nm. We also hope that Intel will clarify its relationship with TSMC in particular. We know that Intel has studied EMIB, Foveros and ODI compared to TSMC’s 3DFabric. Finally, it is worth remembering that this event will take place on July 26 at 11pm in free access on the newsroom of the company’s website. A few days earlier, on July 22, Intel’s quarterly financial information will be officially announced. According to our information Intel should make other announcements during the summer.
