AVP is a DirectX 11 game, which means we have advanced shadow rendering and high-quality tessellation for compatible cards. Testing was performed at 1920×1200 with no anti-aliasing, 8x anisotropic filtering and maximum in-game settings. On the last page we saw that the i5 CPUs running on the P55H-AK gave us higher framerates than the Phenom 2 X6 and that trend continues when we run Aliens Vs Predator.
