InWin Launches A1 PLUS Mini-ITX PC Chassis

InWin, a leading innovator in PC design, has today launched its A1 PLUS mini-ITX PC chassis. The A1 PLUS is revamped with a new 650W, 80 Plus Gold power supply that’s capable of supporting high-end GPUs such as NVIDIA’s RTX series or AMD’s Radeon VII. The PSU is placed in an isolated chamber and its cables are pre-routed.

The A1 PLUS’s sleek structure is composed of tempered glass, steel and anodized aluminium. The tool-less tempered glass side panel can be removed by simply pulling the tabs and lifting upward. A specialized graphics card holder provides extra support to heavier cards, preventing them from moving during transportation and nullifies sagging cards. With detailed craftsmanship throughout, the innovative internal structure provides hassle-free installation and the capacity to house powerful hardware despite its compact 20-liter size. For example, the A1 PLUS can accommodate CPU heatsinks up to 160mm, dual-slot graphics card up to 320mm in length, in addition to its two 2.5-inch drive bays for storage.

An upgraded Qi wireless charger with WPC Qi 1.2 support is built directly into the top panel. It provides the convenience of 10W wireless fast-charging within arm’s reach, even when the PC is turned off. Meanwhile, two USB 3.1 Gen-1 (Type-A) and HD audio ports are available on the front I/O.

The A1 PLUS bundles two premium InWin SIRIUS LOOP 120mm addressable RGB fans (ASL120). The new fans are created by InWin to blend loops of incredible colors with great cooling. Their lighting effects can be controlled by an addressable RGB motherboard or by using the included RGB controller. In addition, an addressable RGB LED strip under the chassis provides an under-glow through its semi-transparent stand.

It’s not all show and no go, though, the A1 PLUS builds-in plenty of cooling mounts to keep this tiny chassis well ventilated: One 120mm exhaust fan in the side and another at the back are balanced by two 120mm intakes along the bottom of the chassis, just above the included dust filter.
