Kraken White : NZXT declines its AIO in white and proposes a 120 mm

NZXT also unveils new AIO Kraken. Thus, the Kraken White series is born and it concerns the X and Z series of the brand. Finally, we find a new model with a 120 mm format.

Kraken White: X and Z series go white!

NZXT Kraken Z63 RGBIn the program, NZXT is switching its Kraken X and Z ranges to white. As a reminder, the first range has a pump with a lighting giving an effect of infinite depth. The second, the Z, has a circular LCD display perfectly integrated into the pump. Moreover, we tested it in 360 mm at this address.

For the moment, we find AIO kits with 240 mm, 280 mm and 360 mm radiators. These kits are based on Asetek kits and are therefore compatible with all sockets, even the TR4, whose bracket is supplied with the CPU.

On the fan side, we have the right to Aer RGB mills rotating from 500 RPM to 1500 RPM. As for the air flow, the brand announces 52.44 CFM and a static pressure of 1.35 mm H2O in 120 mm. In 140 mm, the air flow increases: 91.19 CFM, ditto for the static pressure: 1.52 mmH2O.

If you don’t like RGB, there should be versions with faster Aer P fans though. Here, you will have to count from 500 RPM to 2000 RPM in 120 mm and from 500 RPM to 1800 RPM in 140 mm. The figures mention an airflow of 73.11 CFM and a pressure of 2.93 mmH2O in 12 cm. In 14 cm, we have an airflow of 98.17 CFM and a static pressure of 2.71 mmH2O.

The small Kraken 120, the small novelty

NZXT Kraken 120We finally finish with the small Kraken 120, a compact AIO that we will use for small PCs. This one has a 120mm radiator topped by a single fan in the same format. Here, it is an Aer P with the technical characteristics mentioned above.

On the pump side, a lighting system is part of the game, that said, the visual does not seem to honor the infinite depth effect of other kits. To be seen in reality. In short, this famous pump offers a copper base and an operating speed of 4200 RPM.

As far as prices are concerned, obviously there is no price increase for the white RGB versions. Thus, the Z series is priced at $249.99 (240 mm), $269.99 (280 mm) and $299.99 (360 mm). The X series RGB, without LCD display will be much more affordable: $159.99, $179.99 and $219.99 respectively. Finally, we finish with the small Kraken 120 which is given for $79.99!
