With these new blocks, the German brand proposes to watercool your RX 6800/6900 reference. For this, it offers full cover models actively cooling GPU, memory and VRM. But that’s the usual talk, you might say. However, we also learn that the GPU and memory chips will benefit from thermal paste when the power supply stages will benefit from thermal pads.

For the rest, we find blocks with a base in nickel-plated copper or not depending on the model. On the top, the liquid circuit will be visible via an acrylic part while the rest will be covered with an anodized aluminum plate. Moreover, it is cut so as to have the “RX” logo illuminated. The rest of the markings will be painted/etched directly on the aluminum.

Of course, an RGB lighting is present and we have a strip consisting of 13 addressable diodes. Finally, to be able to drive everything, Aquacomputer provides the necessary connectors to connect the block either to the RGBpx module of the brand or to the motherboard directly.

For the prices, we are at 149,90 € for the raw copper model against 164,90 € for the nickel-plated version. Finally, for the backplates, they are displayed at 32.90 € and 47.90 € for the passive and active models.
