New benchmarks at UL for “pro” PCs

New benchmarks at UL for “pro” PCs

UL Benchmarks is definitely not going to stop producing new benchmarks. After 3DMark DirectX Raytracing, which compares the performance of Ray Tracing hardware dedicated to AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards, UL Benchmarks has just added two new benchmarks. These are the UL Procyon Photo Editing Benchmark and the UL Procyon Video Editing Benchmark. These two new benchmarks are more useful for measuring the performance of professional configurations for video and photo content creators. Both tests use well-known Adobe applications to test the performance of your setup for photo editing and video editing jobs. UL Procyon Photo / video Editing BenchmarkUL Procyon Photo / video Editing Benchmark These could be interesting benchmarks for testing high-end cards such as the current Asus RTX 3090 Strix OC with its 24 GB G-DDR6X memory. The performance you will obtain during these benchmarks will depend on your processor, your graphic card but also your hard disk. Only shadow on the table, it would be obligatory to have an active licence of Adobe Lightroom Classic 10.0 and Adobe Photoshop 22.0 for the test ” photo ” as well as a licence Adobe Premiere Pro 14.5 for the part ” video “.This means that it will be quite difficult to use these new benchmarks for a large number of users.
