Valve continues to impress us with additions to their Source engine and the latest episode in the Half-Life 2 franchise adds excellent outdoor environments. Testing was performed at 1920×1200 with 4x anti-aliasing and 16x anisotropic filtering.

In this test we see one interesting statistic, minimum frames per second. On the average and maximum result the two GTS cards are noticeably faster with approximately six frames per second advantages but the GT is able to outperform both of the more expensive models in minimum frames per second. The extra memory is helping.
