NZXT use a black and white colour scheme for their cooler packaging and it shows a clear image of the product as well as listing some key features. Inside we find the components suspended in foam for protection.

Bundled with the cooler we get installation brackets and items for socket 775, 1155, 1156, 1366 and 2011 as well as AM2/3 and a universal back plate is provided too. Also included are a fold out manual, rubber fan mounts, wires and thermal paste.

NZXT provide two fans with the Havik 120 and each has white blades with 3-pin connectors. There are 13 blades used on each and they are rated for 1500rpm with noise level of 22dBA and airflow at 75.8CFM. Using the bundled wiring we can also reduce the fan speed to 1200rpm (18dBA/61.5CFM).

The Havik 120 is shown above and features four 8mm copper heatpipes with aluminium fins. The heatsink measures 125x160x58mm and weighs 680g excluding fans/brackets.

Looking down at the CPU block we see that it uses nickel plating with a slightly textured surface.
