NZXT Havik 140 CPU Cooler

Like the 120mm version the Havik 140 has a black and white box design with plenty of product information listed. Inside we find the parts well protected, including the heatsink which is suspended in foam and wrapped in a bag.

Bundled with the cooler we get installation brackets and items for socket 775, 1155, 1156 and 1366 as well as AM2/3 and a universal back plate is provided too. We assume 2011 support will also be added in upcoming batches and also included are a fold out manual, rubber fan mounts and thermal paste.

It should come as no surprise that two 140mm fans are bundled and these are rated for 1200rpm. This fans specifications list 90.3 CFM of airflow and a noise level which tops out at 25dBA.

The Havik 140 heatsink is shown above and one of the key points to note is that this version uses six copper heatpipes with a diameter of 6mm. The Havik 140 heatsink measures 135x160x60mm and weighs 760g.

Finally, like the Havik 120 the 140 version uses a nickel plated CPU block with textured surface.
