Prices on the next RTX 3080Ti

Retailers in New Zealand and Australia are already offering RTX 3080Ti cards from MSI and Gigabyte. Various SKUs can be found such as MSI Ventus, Gigabyte Gaming, Vision or Eagle series according to a series of information from Videocardz. This gives us an initial idea of the price of the 3080Ti.

According to some of the prices found and after converting to €, the custom GeForce RTX 3080 Ti cards could cost from €1299 to €2350. The MSI RTX 3080 Ti Ventus was listed for 2543 NZD, or about €1690. A Gaming OC model from Gigabyte has a price tag of 3153 NZD, or €2099.

Another retailer also has two Gigabyte cards (Eagle and Vision) both at the same price of 1733 AUD (€1199).

Of course, we must remain calm about these prices, which could simply be the recommended prices. We are not safe from a galloping inflation as soon as the official prices are online.

Interestingly, this distributor seems to indicate that the first shipment of the RTX 3080 Ti models should be on May 13, in just 10 days. However, our information leads us to maintain a marketing date around May 26.

NVIDIA will logically announce this card on May 18, as well as the refresh of its range that we have been talking about for some time. For several weeks, it has been almost impossible to get RTX 3080 and 3090 in volume, some sources tell us that Nvidia favors a quick “switch” of its range.
