Red Devil RX 6800/6900 : a waterblock from EKWB

In the world of watercooling, we learn that EKWB offers a whole new series of waterblocks for GPUs. This time, the brand is tackling the PowerColor cards and more precisely the Red Devil RX 6800/6900.

In order to cool the PowerColor boards, EKWB offers us new references for its EK-Quantum series. The brand continues to put forward full cover type blocks covering the entire PCB of the card. Moreover, the latter will cool the sensitive parts of the latter. This concerns the GPU, the memory and the power supply stages.

Again, the Slovenian brand offers us different finishes for its products. We will have the choice between a nickel/plexi model and a second one in nickel/acetal. Of course, whatever the chosen version, we always find this electrolytic copper base.

Of course, for the aesthetic side of things, EKWB always provides its products with an aRGB lighting system. Lighting that will be more present on the acrylic block than on the acetal version. Also, specific backplates with nickel or black finish are available.

Now, you should know that these models are intended for the RX 6800, RX 6800 XT and RX 6900 XT Red Devil. This concerns the “basic” series as well as the Limited Edition models.

To answer the question of price, you should know that the Nickel/plexi block is 164.90 € against 159.90 € for the Nickel/acetal. As for the backplate, the prices are 42,90 € for the black version and 49,90 € for the nickel model.

Here are the technical data sheets of EKWB !
