RTX 3090 Arcticstorm: Zotac announces a watercooler card!

After Sapphireit’s Zotac’s turn to announce the arrival of a new graphics card. The model in question is built around an RTX 3090 which offers a waterblock as standard. If you know anything about the Zotac series, you already know that we are talking about the RTX 3090 ArcticStorm!

RTX 3090 ArcticStorm: a water-cooled card as standard!

Zotac RTX 3090 ArcticstormThis new model is clearly intended for custom watercooling loops. Indeed, this model displays a full cover waterblock as a cooling system. The principle of operation is simple: the waterblock will cool GPU, memory chips and VRM. Of course, the ports of the cooling system are G1/4″. With this, the brand provides two spline tips for 10 mm internal diameter tubes.

Visually speaking, we have a card that is rather worked in terms of design. The block displays the Zotac gaming logo as well as RGB borders all over its front face.

Unfortunately, despite a high-performance heatsink, we are still talking about watercooling, there will be no factory overclocking. Thus, in boost, the GPU of this model will go up to 1695 MHz, which is the frequency of the reference card. If you want to gain MHz, you will have to do it yourself. After that, with 16+4 power supply phases, you won’t be limited by the power supply.

Speaking of power supplies, the brand is pulling out all the stops with three 8-pin PCIe connectors. On the video side, we note the classic trio of DisplayPort 1.4a and the unique HDMI 2.1.

For the price, we will pass, the brand has not communicated, ditto for the release date still unknown.

Here is Zotac’s datasheet!
