Shadow 360R: Galax also launches into the AIO!

Shadow 360R: Galax also launches into the AIO!

After talking about aircooling and fans, we stay in cooling with the AIO. This time, it’s Galax’s turn to talk about it with a series of all-in-one kits, the Shadow. Moreover, a first model is visible: the Shadow 360R!

Shadow 360R: first model of a series of AIO signed Galax!

Recently, the brand seems to diversify into various areas, including peripherals. We remember the announcement of a seat GGC-001 for example. This time, the announcement concerns cooling with the arrival of all-in-one watercooling kits called Shadow. The first visible model is the 360 mm version of which we don’t know much yet… However…

Obviously, according to TechpowerUp it will not be necessary to expect home-made material. Indeed, the set looks very much like DeepCool and more particularly its Castle series. It is likely that it provides Galax for its AIO. However, we find a pump with the effigy of the brand of graphics cards with its cover badged “Galax”.

In terms of ventilation, we find logically three mills in 120 mm black and white offering also a bright light. These seem to operate from 800 RPM to 1800 RPM. At full speed, the airflow generated seems quite average with 58.5 CFM for a static pressure of 2.08 mmH2O.

Again, nothing is said about the compatibility of the stockets. However, if it is DeepCool that is flushing, we can expect support for the AMD sTRX40 platform… In addition to the more “mainstream” sockets shall we say.

However, the big surprise concerns the selling price of these kits. Still according to our colleagues this 360 mm model is displayed for the equivalent of 100 € in China … So, imagine the smaller models. It remains to be seen whether they will be available in Europe under the KFA2 brand.
