The Intel Core i9-11900KB already tested on Fire Strike and Time Spy

After a revelation during Computex from Intel, the i9-11900KB based on Tiger Lake and with a 10nm SF etch has just been tested on 3DMark.

With the new generation of NUC named Beast Canyon, Intel has just launched a new range of “KB” processors, based on Tiger Lake H and using a Willow Cove architecture and 10nm SF etching, they will take place on the BGA1787 socket. 4 references, from the i3-11100B to the i9-11900KB are referenced, it is the latter that has been tested on 3DMark.

Found by a twitter bot @Benchleaks, we have the right to 2 benchmarks of the i9-11900KB on Time Spy and Fire strike.

The i9 accompanied by 16 GB of DDR4 clocked at 3200 Mhz, boosted to 5 GHz during the tests (can go up to 5.3 GHz with the TVB), side graphics card we are on a RTX 3060. The processor reaches a CPU score of 10872 points on TimeSpy and 25571 points in Physics Score on Fire strike. In comparison, during our tests of the i9-11900K, the processor scored 13393 points on Time Spy and 30864 points on Fire strike, which are higher than this 11900KB. These results are certainly lower than those of a Rocket Lake, but they are obtained on a processor with a much lower TDP (65W against 125W). No release date has been revealed yet, but we should surely see these new processors land with the NUC Beast Canyon this year.
