The launch of Intel’s Alder Lake on November 19?

After the first figures on the performances, the prices which were leaked, the date of launching of Alder Lake would be now known!

An announcement at the end of October and a launch on November 19 for Alder Lake?

Coming straight from the site wccftech citing its own sources, Intel would have scheduled the launch of its 12th generation of processors named Alder Lake, for November 19.

CPU Alder Lake

On that day, the brand will launch its range of desktop processors with “k” and “non-k” versions (12900/K, 12700/K, 12600/K ?) followed by other processors in the following weeks. The Z690 motherboards should also arrive on the same day as the Alder Lake CPUs, as well as the first DDR5 memory kits. In addition, Intel has scheduled the announcement of its processors during the innovation event on October 27 and 28. It is on this occasion that we will surely have the specifications, prices and all usefulinformation to know about this 12th generation before the launch.

As a reminder, Alder Lake should be the revival of Intel on the desktop market. With a brand new architecture with Performance and Efficiency cores, inspired by the Big.Little system of ARM chips, offering more than 19% of IPC for Performance cores (compared to Rocket Lake) and a higher IPC than Skylake for Efficiency cores. All this is engraved on the Intel 7 process (formerly 10nm ESF) and boosted by AI to improve the management of the 2 types of cores present. As a “bonus”, Alder Lake will bring new technological standards such as support for DDR5 memory, Thunderbolt 4, Wi-Fi 6E or PCIe 5.0.
