The new Roccat peripherals break records for pre-orders!

Recently, the Roccat brand announced the release of new gaming peripherals. In the batch, we notably found a new Vulcan, a range of mice and headsets.

The new Vulcan Pro

With the new Vulcan Pro, Roccat offers us a keyboard equipped with Titan Optical switches. These are ultra-fast switches. We had the opportunity to discover them in our test of the Vulcan TKL Pro. As a reminder, they are of the linear type (see our file on switches here) with an activation stroke of 1.4 mm. Moreover, the Roccat keyboard will probably have a good lifetime since each key is supposed to withstand 100 million presses.

The Vulcan is equipped with a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M0 processor but also with Easy-Shift[+] technology, which in particular allows doubling the number of customizable combinations. There is also a 1 GHz polling rate. The Vulcan Pro is priced at €199.99 and the Vulcan TKL Pro at €159.99.

The Burst Pro Mice

Roccat also offers a new mouse, the Burst Pro. This is a mouse reminiscent of the Model O by Glorious. After our comprehensive test, we found it to be really very qualitative. Feel free to have a look at it here.

As a reminder, it is also equipped with Titan Optical switches. It will have a fairly long life cycle of around 100 million clicks. As usual, Roccat is equipping its new gaming mouse with Easy-Shift[+] technology, which doubles the number of available combinations.

As far as its dimensions are concerned, the Burst Pro measures 3.87 cm x 5.80 cm x 12 cm, for a very contained weight of 68 gr. It is also equipped with a 1.8 m flexible cable.

The Burst Pro has a built-in Owl-Eye sensor with a resolution of up to 16,000 DPI. This is based on the PMW3389 pixart sensor. The Burst Pro is available at €59.99.

Most recently, Roccat also offered a gaming helmet. It can be either wireless or wired. The Elo 7.1 Air/USB will be as the name suggests in 7.1, while a cheaper version exists, which will be in stereo (Elo X Stereo) for 49,99 €. Wired will be around 69,99 € and wireless will be at 99,99 €.

We’ll let you discover the complete test of the Elo 7.1 Air here.

We also discover the new RGB Sense Aimo XXL mouse pad! We have already tested the classic version. To discover our test, click on this link.

A quick word from Roccat ‘s Founder and CEO:

“This is a promising time for ROCCAT as our Elo headsets, new Vulcan keyboards and Burst Pro mouse are our most pre-ordered products to date, and tomorrow PC gamers will be able to experience the benefits of Titan Switch Optical technology in the Vulcan Pro keyboards and Burst Pro mouse,” said René Korte, Founder and Managing Director of ROCCAT. “We have spent three years developing Titan Optical technology that enables the full benefits of speed, accuracy and durability while maintaining the familiar ‘click’ feel that fans love. »

“We are convinced that PC gamers will really appreciate ROCCAT’s Titan Switch Optical technology. And what better way to introduce it than with our fan-favourite Vulcan keyboard, also available in a compact format without a numeric keypad, and a novel mouse with a new shape and design. »
