Vision: Gigabyte offers a whole range of motherboards

For its part, Gigabyte announces the arrival of a whole series of motherboards. Remember the Vision cards? They are, vulgarly speaking, cards intended for content creators, which we were talking about last time with a B550 model

. Well, here, the brand announces three Intel references in Z590.

Vision: three motherboards for designers at Gigabyte!

Gigabyte Z590 Vision G On the program, the brand offers us three cards with its Z590 Vision. We have the D and G models as well as a last reference in mini-ITX format. Roughly speaking, we find the same type of visual with very pure lines and mostly white shades.

For the rest, the cards offer a plethora of connections based on four M.2s, two of which use a PCIe 4.0 x4 interface for the G. The D will be less complete in this respect as it only offers a single M.2 in PCIe 4.0. Its other two ports (three slots in all) will be PCIe 3.0 x4.

However, Vision D will catch up on the appearance of Wi-Fi 6E AX210 in 2.4/5 GHz dual-band. The same goes for Ethernet, where there are two 2.5 GbE ports managed by Intel chips. For the G, this Ethernet part is unfortunately not specified. Finally, in any case, for the audio part, we have a Realtek ALC4080 chip.

The D version of the card

There are also three PCIe x16 ports (one of which is PCIe 4.0), four memory slots and six SATA connectors.

The little Z590i Vision D

Gigabyte Z590i Vision D We end with the ITX version of the series, which also proves to be very complete. Already two M.2 ports in PCIe x4 and one PCIe x16 4.0 are present.

This model also inherits the Wi-Fi 6 802.11ax part of the D version of the card as well as Intel 2.5 GbE Ethernet. The same goes for the VisionLink ports supporting Thunderbolt 4 and offering fast charging of your devices. Small precision, these ports offer a power of 60W.

Finally, for cooling, this model will be able to manage up to six fans, much more than many ITX boxes can carry.

Price and launch date unknown!

Unfortunately, we still do not know the launch date of this series of cards. The same goes for the price. However, in view of what is on offer, we should not expect affordable models, oh no. As you can see below, the AMD version can be found at over 300€ depending on the shops.

Here are the technical data sheets for Vision G, D and ITX!
