In our first set of results, shown above, we look at the performance of the unit when using our various testing tools to stress the PSU in a controlled environment at 40c. Looking first to the 12v, 3.3v and 5v performance we have a PSU which supplies good readings across the board. They do drop off a little at full load but not to an extent which is concerning. AC ripple results are well within tolerance too. The standard for the industry states no more than 50Mv on 3.3/5v and 120mv on 12v so Xigmatek at 20/23(out of 50) on 3.3/5v and 55(out of 120) on 12v are fine.

Looking at the efficiency of the PSU, the 700w version meets the 80 Plus Bronze specification and Xigmatek guarantee their PSUs up to 50°C which is good to see. Noise levels are good too with low noise operation under normal load. Finally we have exhaust temperature where the results produced by our sample are competitive with other similar wattage units.
